Early Access: Always minimal content with years before q finished product except for a few exceptions. I recently came to notice a game released in Early Access on Steam the year I went into middle school, and it's now coming out this year, and I'm about to get my Masters degree
Rougelike/Rougelite: to me, boring reskinned slop every time.
Visual Novel/dating sim; a.k.a. adult games, most of the time. Not interested
