I actually find that post offensive. My dad had been the cook of my entire family his whole life because it brings him joy to feed the people he cares about. He grew up in extreme poverty as the oldest of 7 siblings and he was pulled out of school to get a job to make sure they didn't starve. And then he had six kids of his own with no help. His first wife died young and his second slept with every other man in town and never fed her kids. He raised those kids working 3-4 jobs all the time and cooking for them. He had me later on in life and still cooks for me and my mom. He literally has been raising children since he was a child mostly through his cooking. To whoever wrote this post don't downplay my dad.
